Paws & pose contest rules

 Participation Eligibility:

• The promotion is open to all visitors and residents of Cache Creek who bring their dogs to the Cache Creek Visitor Information Centre and participate in the "Paws 'n Pose" campaign.

How to Participate:

• Participants must bring their dog to the Visitor Information Centre and take a photo in front of the designated backdrop.
• Share the photo on Instagram, tagging @visitcachecreek and using the hashtag #PawsNPoseCC to qualify.
• By tagging @visitcachecreek and using #PawsNPoseCC, participants agree to the terms and conditions of the promotion.

Instant Rewards:

• Participants who show their tagged post to Centre staff will receive promotional swag items while supplies last.

Monthly Prize Draw:

• Each tagged photo automatically enters the participant into a monthly prize draw.
• Monthly prize winners will be selected randomly and notified via Instagram.

Photo Usage:

• By participating, participants grant Cache Creek Visitor Information Centre the rights to use and feature their tagged photos on the Centre's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and marketing materials.
• Participants retain ownership of their photos and may request removal of their photos from Cache Creek Visitor Information Centre's platforms by contacting visitcachecreek@gmail.com.

Duration:

• The promotion ends September 16, 2024. Monthly prize draws will occur at the end of each month during the promotion period.

General Conditions:

• Cache Creek Visitor Information Centre reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• All decisions related to the promotion, including eligibility, participation, and prize awards, are final.
